How do I find my way to Suite 304 from the main building?
When entering from the front of the building, you are on the second floor. Take one flight of stairs or the elevator up to the 3rd floor. Turn left upon exiting the stairs or elevator and walk to Suite 304, which will be on your right. See the map below for details.
What is the parking situation like?

The Downtown Bethesda Metro Center (Red Line) is a 5-minute walk and there is limited free two-hour parking in the FRONT of the building and paid parking in the Waverly Street Garage, two blocks away.

Patients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up for a scheduled appointment will be charged the full treatment fee.
Should I arrive early for my session?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking in the nearby garage, using the restroom, washing your face (for facial treatments), and changing into loose-fitting clothing or a gown.
What should I wear for my treatment?
Although a gown may occasionally be necessary, and will be provided, most treatments can be done without undergoing a change of clothes. Optimal treatment attire is a top with shorts or loose-fitting sleeves that can be rolled up and wide-legged pants (that can be pulled above the knees).
Should I eat prior to treatment?
A light meal or snack consumed 90 minutes to two hours prior to treatment is recommended. Hydrating prior to and after treatment is very important as is avoiding alcohol, greasy or heavy foods, and coffee.
