Revitalize Your Health with the Power of Electroacupuncture Medicine (EAM)

The Zen Point offers electroacupuncture medicine services in Bethesda, Maryland

What is Electroacupuncture Medicine?

Electroacupuncture medicine (EAM) is a modern variation of acupuncture. In this technique, acupuncture needles are stimulated with a gentle electric current that provides additional pulsed electrons to the body. This extra surge of electrons helps stimulate the release of neurotransmitters, which balance and modify the processes of the body on a cellular level. Other improvements include better circulation, improved sleep and mood, and boosted immunity.
This cutting-edge therapy is based on the theory that all disease is caused by a breakdown of terrain. Adding electrical energy, or e-qi, helps the body recover and tends to yield longer lasting results.
