BASIC ACUPUNCTURE:

• Acupuncture Intake -- Ninety minutes, $185. This intake is a REQUIRED first booking for any person desiring to be treated with traditional acupuncture or Electro-Acupuncture Medicine.  A thorough health history will be taken.  A physical exam will be conducted to assess current issues.  Your practitioner will devise a plan specific to your needs and provide your first needle treatment.
• Acupuncture followup -- Forty-five minutes, $125.  
• Cupping or Gua Sha with Acupuncture followup, One hour, $150.  These therapies help to improve circulation, speed recovery from workouts and injuries, and release toxins. 

ADD ONS:  Want to work on your facial skin or activate body contouring while enjoying your acupuncture followup?  Consider these near infra-red light add ons.

1. Celluma Anti-Aging Facial Light: 20 minutes, $20
2. Celluma Body Contour Light: 25 to 30 minutes of contouring for mid-section, $20

FACE AND SKIN:

• Free 30-minute skin consult -- This optional meeting at our Bethesda office is offered to answer questions you may have about microneedling or other facial therapies. Should you opt to proceed with microneedling, you will begin with a Microneedling Intake (below). 
• MICRONEEDLING INTAKE. Forty-five minutes, $125.  No treatment will occur during this initial session. A thorough medical history will be taken and your skin concerns will be discussed. This is a required appointment prior to your first microneedling treatment.
• Deluxe microneedling followup (for face, neck, and décolletage).  Sixty to 70 minutes, $400.  Part microneedling, part whole-body balancing, part pampering, part ahhhh.  This appointment includes heated towels, high-quality facial cleansers and serums, a soothing jade roller or Gua Sha treatment, and grounding with additional ultra-zen therapies to relax and balance your whole body before and after microneedling.  This holistic treatment ends with an optional 10 to 15 minutes of LED light therapy to further tone, smooth and sooth your skin. You'll receive a take-home sample of after-care products. 
• Facial cupping or gua sha with LED light -- Forty-five to 50 minutes, $160.  No intake required. Perfect treatment to enjoy between microneedling sessions or alone. Face wash followed by hot towel. Jade roller to relax facial muscles.  A few needles, sticker needles, or tuning fork vibrations on lower body for energy balance.  Gentle cupping or gua sha to enhance circulation and give your skin a dewy glow. Soothing LED skin-rejuvenating light to end treatment. 
• LED light therapy for face -- Twenty-five minutes, $60.  Check out the benefits of relaxing and rejuvenating Celluma Red/Near-Infrared Light Therapy.  Its varying wave lengths address aging skin (wrinkles, fine lines, skin tone) and mild to moderate acne. Give it a try!  Safety note: Do not schedule this treatment if you are pregnant or breast feeding, have seizures or epilepsy, are receiving cortisone or steroid injections, or are taking photosensitive drugs. 

EDUCATIONAL CLASSES:

             Occasional in-person classes will be held in our comfortable Bethesda office.  Click on "book an appointment" and set up an account to schedule.  Topics will include Aging Well, Holistic Skin Care and Facial Rejuvenation, and Sports Acupuncture. 

          * Deluxe Micro 4: Package of four 60- to 70-minute micro needling treatments, $1500. (Total savings of $100 or $25 off each treatment.)

• Acupuncture 5: Package of five 40-minute followup treatments, $575. (Total savings of $50 or $10 off each treatment).
