Contact The Zen Point

Dana answers her own email and books her own schedule. Tell her what is going on and she will tell you whether she is the right person for it.

Dana reads these herself and replies personally, usually within a business day. For anything time-sensitive, please call or text.

Dana treats patients on her own, so calls during clinic hours often go to voicemail. Email reaches her most reliably.

Getting here

The Downtown Bethesda Metro Center on the Red Line is about a five-minute walk. There is limited free two-hour parking in front of the building, and paid parking in the Waverly Street Garage two blocks away. The free spaces go early.

Before your first visit

Arrive fifteen minutes early, wear something you can move in, and eat beforehand. Treatment on an empty stomach is less comfortable than it needs to be.

Where the practice is

The Zen Point is at 4401 East-West Highway, Suite 304, Bethesda, Maryland 20814, five minutes on foot from the Downtown Bethesda Metro Center on the Red Line.

Payment and insurance

The Zen Point is a cash-based practice. Payment is due at the end of each treatment. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Dana does not bill medical insurance, but she will give you an itemized invoice with the relevant treatment codes so you can submit it yourself for out-of-network reimbursement. Microneedling and tuning fork treatments are not eligible.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are charged the full treatment fee. Dana works alone and a late cancellation is a slot nobody else can take, so the policy is applied as written.

A note about texting

You are welcome to text about scheduling — booking, rescheduling, or asking for a call back — during business hours. Please keep medical details out of text messages. Bring those to your appointment, or send them by email.

What happens next

Not sure which appointment to book?

Email a couple of lines about what is going on and what you have already tried. Dana will tell you which appointment fits, or that she is not the right person, before you pay for anything.
